Rachel Jacobs’ Legacy Lingers in Detroit

Rachel Jacobs may have been living in Manhattan, but Detroit was always in her heart as evidenced by Detroit Nation, the community-building charity she co-founded.

Last week, Jacobs and seven others lost their lives when the Amtrak train they were riding from Philadelphia to New York left the tracks. Now a CrowdRise Memorial Campaign has been started in her honor to help keep the charity and the city she loved alive.
