RAYA invites the public to its annual 2014 meeting

Please join the Rochester Area Youth Assistance (RAYA) Board of Directors as they celebrate their accomplishments from the past year and outline their goals for the coming year on Friday, October 17 at 8 a.m. in the auditorium of the Older Persons’ Commission located at 650 Letica Drive in Rochester.

In addition to the complimentary continental breakfast, this event will highlight what the organization offers to youth and families who reside in the Rochester Community School District.

RAYA is a prevention-based, nonprofit organization whose goal is to strengthen all youth and families in the Rochester Community and to reduce the incidence of delinquency, abuse, and neglect through volunteer and community partnerships. Programs and services include short-term counseling, financial assistance, family education programs, a mentors program, a community partnership program, Camp Safari summer camp program, and the Annual Youth Recognition Banquet.
