The City of Rochester Hills will be hosting an informal Q&A session at the Rochester Tap Room, 6870 N. Rochester Road, on August 28 between 5:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. With over 60 combined years of experience, each arborist has extensive knowledge in all aspects of forestry.

Residents Invited to Talk Trees with City Experts

This casual event is part of the city’s ongoing efforts to promote, manage, and celebrate the benefits trees provide to our community. Attendees can drop in anytime during the event to ask questions.

“The questions we get daily range from gypsy moths to tree removal,” said Natural Resources Manager, Matt Einheuser. “This event gives residents a chance to get their questions answered outside of the 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. timeframe.”

The city’s arborists maintain more than 19,000 trees along approximately 280 miles of city-maintained streets, pathways, trailways, city parks, and more.

Join them at Rochester Tap Room, pull up a chair, and chat with one of the City’s arborists.
