“I am a mother of three,” said Heather Najor, Co-Owner Fit Body Boot Camp, “I understand the lack of self confidence when looking in the mirror and seeing how our bodies have changed after each pregnancy, and wondering if or when I will ever fit into that little black dress I wore pre-pregnancy. I have always had a passion for helping others my entire life, and love incorporating fitness and nutrition into my lifestyle to live a fit and healthy life.”

“I am in the best shape of my life, and my goal is to help as many people in our community have the same experience,” said Najor, “I want to be able to help them reach their personal fitness goals and maintain it for life. I also want for everyone to always have the feeling of self confidence, and to feel like you can conquer the world. Because each one of us deserves health and happiness for ourselves and for our families.”

“My brother and business partner, Vince Salmo, has had an experience similar to others as well,” said Najor, “He was very athletic during high school, where he played football, track and field, led his high school strength training class, and was an amateur kick boxer. But then he graduated high school, and life happened. He went on to sales and fell off track with his fitness and health. Over the last couple of years, he realized that he was not happy with his body and lifestyle. He went back to doing what he loves most and started working out again. He quickly realized what he lost through all of those years–how he ignored his health and body and how he was affected. His vow is to reignite that fire people are missing and to help get you back on track the way he himself has done so.”
