Tonia’s Victorian Rose held a Ribbon Cutting this Spring in Downtown Rochester
“I guess I’ve always been a ‘foodie’ and I blame my Mom and Grandma, because they were such great cooks,” said Tonia Rangarajan-Carsten, new owner of Tonia’s Victoria Road Tea Room & More. Loretta Curry was the previous owner of the business, and in mid-December of 2016 she handed the keys to Tonia after being in business for 21 years.

Tonia re-opened in early January 2017 with just a few small changes. They host many events for all ages, so it is recommended that guests call ahead for reservations and current operating hours for the public.
