Robotics in Gynecological Surgery

Smart Towns hosts Dr. Douglas Pugmire, D.O. on Thursday, September 30 at 7:00 p.m. at Rochester Hills Public Library to review of how advanced robotic technology is used to treat gynecological diseases. Over the last 15 years, over 75% of all gynecological-related surgery has transitioned to robotics.

Dr. Pugmire is board-certified in gynecological oncology and Ob/Gyn. He is the director of robotics surgery and Chief of the Ob/Gyn Department at Ascension Providence Rochester Hospital (Crittenton Hospital).

This program is free and open to the public. Registration is required.
