Rochester Area Welcomes New Doggie Day Care

Pet owners are always looking for a safe, reliable and fun way to leave their furry family members while they are away. Now Rochester has the answer. Wet Noses Doggie Day Camp offers pet care and boarding for pets of any size and shape. The facility is designed to be your pets backyard away from home.

Owners, Ron and Cathy Omilian, designed the camp to become an extension of your own family. A place to send pets when you can’t spend time with them yourself.
The facility has two indoor play areas monitored by experience staff. Dogs will be evaluated and check-in based on their size and behavior. The play areas are complete with gyms and toys so pets won’t be bored. Each hour animals will be taken to the outdoor play area where a wading pool will be waiting for hot days.

In addition to the large indoor and outdoor play areas, Wet Noses also features a cage-free boarding area. Large open stalls are set up to provide a safe resting and eating place for dogs. The stalls are complete with puppy hammocks.
“We have spent years with our own dogs and always needed a place to send them if we were going to be gone for too long,” said Ron. “Wet Noses is a fun way to make sure pets are taken care of while your gone. We’re excited to be bringing this type of care to the Rochester area.”

In the coming months Wet Noses will offer grooming and cat care. The facility is also working to provide veterinary services through a local vet making it convenient to drop pets off and have Wet Noses transport them to and from the vet, or have veterinary services come to the facility.

Packages will be set up to allow pets to come on a regular basis and can also be designed for long-term stays. Ron also stated that guests are welcome to just call ahead and drop off a pet if they need a few hours to play. Special arrangements can also be made for dogs who may need a little extra attention, specific feeding times or walking.
Wet Noses will be open to the public this week and welcomes new visitors. For more information, visit www.wetnosespetcamp.com, visit Wet Noses Pet Camp on facebook or email wetnoses1st@gmail.com.
