Rochester Community Concert Band Presents 4th Annual Outdoor Concert at St. Mary of the Hills Catholic Church

The Rochester Community Concert Band, the Rochester/Rochester Hills Area Hometown Concert Band, under the direction of Paul F. DeRubeis, proudly announces its 4th Annual Outdoor Concert at St. Mary of the Hills Catholic Church, to be held on Tuesday, August 5, 2025, at 7:00 p.m. This free, family-friendly concert will take place on the scenic church grounds located at 2675 John R. Road, Rochester Hills, MI.

This year’s program features an exciting and eclectic mix of music by renowned composers and arrangers, including Sam Daniels, Quincy Jones, Peter Kleine Schaars, Jerry Brubaker, Paul Murtha, James Molly, Leslie Bricusse, Daniel Greig, Paul Lavender, Carmen Dragon, and the legendary John Philip Sousa.

The performance will also highlight special guest soloists: Kevin Phillips, tenor saxophone, Paul Yee, trombone, and Daniel Greig, tenor vocalist

Food trucks will be on site and attendees are encouraged to bring lawn chairs or blankets to enjoy the evening of live music and community fellowship. Admission is free, and donations are gratefully accepted to support the band. 

In the event of inclement weather, the concert will be rescheduled for Wednesday, August 6, 2025, at 7:00 p.m.
