RCS Caring Steps Children’s Center Open House

Families are invited to join the Rochester Community School District for a ribbon cutting ceremony and open house celebrating the new RCS Caring Steps Children’s Center. The celebration will include refreshments, building tours, face painting, and children’s games. Residents and non-residents of the greater Rochester community are welcome.

RCS Caring Steps Children’s Center is proud to offer exceptional childcare for newborns, infants, toddlers, and preschool children up to five years old. The qualified team of professionals provides dependable, nurturing care in a warm and inviting atmosphere. With brand-new, modern-care rooms and conveniences, children have a stimulating balance of individual attention and social interaction.
Extended hours help to better accommodate families. The center is open from 6:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. every day except weekends and major holidays. Children are not required to reside in the district to use the childcare services.
Preschool programs for children provide rich opportunities to help youngest learners develop their academic and social potentials. The educational philosophy of the RCS Caring Steps preschool program is inspired by the acclaimed Reggio Emilia approach, which encourages participation, communication, and collaboration among children, teachers, and parents.
The fresh, modern, secure, and spacious facility is fully licensed with the State of Michigan and has received a four-star Great Start to Quality rating.
