Rochester Community Schools and The Rochester Area Ministerial Association Presents the 2015 Annual Rochester Martin Luther King Day Celebration

“Creating the Fair and Just Community” is the theme for this year’s annual celebration of the Reverend Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.‘s life and message of non-violence and equality. Rochester Community Schools and the Rochester Area Ministerial Association are co-hosts of this community family service. Please mark your calendars for Sunday, January 25 at 3 p.m. at St. Paul’s United Methodist Church, 620 Romeo Road, in Rochester Hills.

Our featured speaker will be Glenn McIntosh, Interim Vice President for Student Affairs and Enrollment Management at Oakland University in Rochester. Vice President McIntosh has held several positions at Oakland University and has earned many accolades for his work in all aspects of University life.

The service will be a wonderful weaving of hymns and songs from choirs and bands. It will also highlight the essay winners chosen from the entries of local students. For more information contact The Rev. Latha Ravi lravi@stpaulsrochester.org or Michael Behrmann mbehrmann@rochester.k12.mi.us
