Rochester Community Schools is pleased to welcome Mr. Daniel B. Romzek as the Assistant Superintendent for Business Affairs for Rochester Community Schools.
Prior to joining Rochester Community Schools, Mr. Romzek served as the Director of Finance & Operations for Davison Community Schools, where he also participated in a shared business services arrangement as the Finance Director for Atherton Community Schools, a neighboring district. His duties in Davison included oversight of the district’s budget, facility improvement, transportation, custodial/maintenance, food service and labor relations.
Mr. Romzek earned his Master of Arts in General Educational Administration from Central Michigan. He completed his undergraduate degree at the University of Michigan – Flint and has served on the Michigan School Business Officials Board of Directors from 2008 to present. Mr. Romzek will join the district when Mr. Bill Mull assumes his new role as Director of Financial Services at Oakland Schools in Waterford.
