Rochester Community Schools will offer February Welcome Days in all elementary schools on February 16 and February 17 for families who reside in the district but do not have children in Rochester schools. Parents are invited to visit their neighborhood school for a walk through of the building, a brief visit to classrooms and the opportunity to meet the principal.
“We want to give parents the chance to see first hand what great schools we have,” said Dave Pruneau, Superintendent. “Welcome Days will not only highlight our wonderful facilities, but also let parents see up close and personal why Rochester Community Schools’ students consistently place in the top three percent of high achieving districts in the county and the state.”
Parents can visit on February 16 from 9:30 – 11:00 a.m. and on February 17 from 1:30 – 3:00 p.m. For information on attendance area boundaries, please call Student Enrollment at 248-726-3000.
