Downtown Rochester held its 7th Annual Rochester Posed event on Thursday, October 3. During the event twenty-two participating businesses turned their storefront windows into live mannequin displays. This year’s theme for Rochester Posed was Album Covers. Attendees were dazzled by a variety of mannequin displays including The Go-Gos, Elton John and Abbey Road.
“Rochester Posed is one of my favorite events,” said Jenna O’Dell, Events Coordinator of the Rochester Downtown Development Authority. “It’s a huge hit with the community and it really wouldn’t be possible without the hard work of the downtown businesses and of course, all the volunteers.”
Event attendees were able to cast a vote for their favorite live mannequin displays through SMS polling. There were also a selected panel of judges that scored each window for the Judge’s Choice winner.
