The 59th Annual Hometown Christmas Parade in Downtown Rochester was a raving success yet again this year. With reports of over 100,000 in attendance and over 100,000 more watching on Channel 7, the crowds continue to grow every year. As many of the area’s marching bands, non-profits, and fire departments proudly portrayed their best, the crowd was also entertained by church groups singing, kids waving, and dancers dancing. The parade lasted a full two hours and was concluded with Old St. Nick himself singing and entertaining the masses! Be sure to follow this link to see our video coverage! Next year will be the 60th Anniversary and many exciting things are already being planned!
