Pastry chef, Pam Gustairs, will be on site teaching guests how to make the Crepe, France’s delectable staple. Chef Pam will demonstrate how easy it is to make crepes, and how to experiment with the varieties of fillings. From fine restaurants to street vendors, this sweet or savory staple appeals to many.
