Come shop Rochester’s Community resale event on Saturday, September 14! Over 45 residents and crafters will sell their new and used merchandise from 9:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m. in the Farmers’ Market Upper Lot in downtown Rochester.

“The summer Junk in the Trunk was a huge success”, said Stephanie Hellebuyck, Rochester Downtown Development Authority Events Coordinator. “Since the event in June, we’ve had an overwhelming number of participants and attendees ask if we could host another event in the fall, so we are!”

What will be for sale? Almost everything! Shoppers can expect residents to have resale items such as furniture, antiques, collectibles, dishes, glassware, and accessories. Handmade crafts include jewelry, wreaths, art work, garden decor and more. The Rochester DDA will be unveiling new Downtown Rochester merchandise at Junk in the Trunk while supplies last. A kids’ art activity will also be available at the DDA tent from 10:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m.

The Rochester Farmers’ Market will also be held at its usual time and place on Saturday, September 14, from 8:00am – 1:00pm. The Farmers’ Market is located at the corner of E. Third & Water, in the lower level parking lot. Activities at the Farmers’ Market on the 14th include musical entertainment with Paul Miles.
