Rochester Community Schools Foundation Hosts Sip, Savor, and Shop Event
Sip a favorite beverage. Savor appetizers from local establishments. Shop alongside friends and family and have the opportunity to win fabulous prizes.
The fifth annual Sip, Savor and Shop event, sponsored by the Rochester Community Schools Foundation, will be held on Thursday, November 10, from 6:30-9:30 p.m. at the Forestre Banquet Center, 1919 Star Batt Drive, Rochester Hills. The event is open to the general public.

Event organizers Suzanne Tedesco and Jennifer Donovan grow the event each year by bringing in new and unique retailers. “With more than 30 vendors, the event is a great opportunity to get a head start on holiday shopping while having an evening out with friends,” said Tedesco.
Admission is $25 per person if purchased in advance, or $35 if purchased at the door. A group discount offers five entrance fees for $100 if purchased in advance. Admission includes an all-inclusive event of beverages, appetizers, shopping. The advanced purchase price for tickets will be available until November 8.

“There will be a silent auction and so many great raffle prizes worth more than $5,000! Prizes include event tickets, restaurant gift certificates, salon and spa treatments, gift baskets, fitness vouchers and much more,” said Donovan. Raffle tickets can be purchased separately and are not included in the price of admission. The first 200 ladies will also receive gift bags.
“We are pleased to be able to partner with such a great group of small and independent business owners to enhance the Foundation’s mission,” said RCS Foundation Director Lori Grein. “We look forward to another successful event filled with lots of fun.”
