A snow emergency has been declared for the City of Rochester. All vehicles on residential streets are to be removed or will be towed. Vehicles are to remain off the street until plow trucks have gone through the area and the street has been cleared of snow and ice from curb to curb for the length of the entire block. The snow emergency will be lifted by the City once the emergency has passed.
