Contessa Williams from the Oakland County Health Division will discuss effective coping strategies and creative ways to reduce stress in your life on Thursday, February 24th at 7 p.m. at the Rochester Hills Public Library. Learn stress management techniques such as deep breathing, muscle relaxation and imagery.
