Oakland County Commissioner Bob Hoffman Announces the Introduction of myStrength Online Resource Services Provided by the Oakland County Community Mental Health Authority
The new myStrength online wellness application was launched on Monday, February 1, 2016. This free web and mobile application provides personalized online resources that promote mental health awareness and the overall well-being of users. The online registration provides users with a secured personalized myStrength page complete with a confidential wellness assessment and personal profile. A personalized eLearning program will be developed. The eLearning tool kit provides exercises, mood tracker, and daily inspirational quotes. The tool kit also offers informational videos in a safe and confidential setting. The Oakland County Community Mental Health Authority provides online resources.
