On Wednesday, small business owner Joe Kent formally announced his candidacy for State Representative. Kent is running to replace the term-limited Rep. Brad Jacobsen in the 46th state house seat made up of Addison Township, Brandon Township, Oakland Township, Orion Township, and Oxford Township.
