The Older Persons’ Commission (OPC) is hosting its 2nd Annual Scrapbooking/Crop on Saturday, September 21 from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. This marathon event will feature meals, vendors, door prizes, individual workspaces, and more.
