OAKLAND COUNTY ADULT TREATMENT COURT CELEBRATES ITS 100TH GRADUATE

Oakland County, MI (June 30, 2011) – Terrie started her abuse of substances at the tender age of sixteen using marijuana. As is most often the case with teenagers, she never dreamed her dabbling with marijuana would eventually evolve into a full-blown addiction to heroin.
