RCOC to Host Public Meeting on Resurfacing Rochester Road The Road Commission for Oakland County (RCOC) will host a public information meeting on Wednesday, February 17, for the upcoming resurfacing of Rochester Road from Gerst Road to Bordman Road in Addison Township.
