RCOC Seeking Partners To Help Beautify County Want to help beautify your community? If so, the Road Commission for Oakland County (RCOC) has just the opportunity for you: There are roads available as part of the Adopt-A-Road program. Adopt A Road Cleanup July 16-24

The Road Commission for Oakland County (RCOC) continues to celebrate the 270 groups and organizations that help to clean up Oakland County roadsides by participating in the Adopt-A-Road program.
