Rochester Hills Responds The American Red Cross will be hosting a Community Blood Drive at Rochester Hills City Hall on Tuesday, October 24 from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. According to the American Red Cross Blood Services, there is desperate need for blood here in Michigan.
