It’s not often that we can say that candidate’s campaign promises are fulfilled, but I think that’s mostly the case for Councilman Mark Tisdel. This year Rochester Hills has an election Tuesday November 3 for Mayor, City Council, OPC, Library Board, and RARA. Rochester Hills Educator Announces City Council Candidacy

Bill Soule, a Rochester Hills resident and educator has announced his intention to run for one of two at-large seats on city council this fall. Also in the race are current Rochester Hills City Council members Dale Hetrick and Mark Tisdel.
