Oakland County employees donated a total of over $50,000 to support local charities in 2015 through the county’s Casual Day program, County Executive L. Brooks Patterson said during a special ceremony today in the lobby of the Executive Office Building. Participants will explore the surface of a bisque-fired tile using the Cuerda Seca resist method. This technique uses black wax resist to separate glaze-colored areas to give a "stained glass" appearance. Space is limited to 12 people.
