Bloomer Park, located at the north end of John R Road in Rochester Hills, is the city’s oldest park. The centennial of its founding will occur in 2022. A First within Our Community - Construction is Now Complete Earlier this year, the City of Rochester Hills received a $30,000 grant from AARP to build the City’s first multi-generational activity area.
