BorgWarner’s expansion of its Powertrain Technical Center in Auburn Hills is a sign of the continued success of Oakland County’s Emerging Sectors® initiative. The expanded technical center will support up to 200 jobs, including many engineering positions that pay more than $90,000 a year. Oakland County Executive L.
