On Friday evening, December 3, 2010, the 4th grade Brewster Elementary Girl Scout troop spread some joy to the neighbors in the Georgetown subdivision while bringing joy to those in need.  Troop 72588 "caroled for cans" for the Grace Centers of Hope in Pontiac.  Girls knocked on doors and sang Christmas songs to neighbors in hopes of collecting a few nonperishable goods for those in need this holiday season.  Other Rochester Girl Scout troops also caroled for cans that Friday and Saturday … [Read more...]
