PBS-featured author and life-long Michigan resident Doc Fletcher will  present his 2013 canoeing and kayaking program, "Paddle Now, Chores Later" at the Rochester Hills Public Library on Tuesday, March 5th at 7 p.m.  Among the rivers featured will be the Pere Marquette, the subject of Doc's new book.
