The Women’s Fund Celebrates and Hands Out Money During the Holidays

The Women’s Fund hosted their holiday party fundraiser at Fieldstone Winery Downtown Rochester on December 4. Sixty-five people attended and with the help from local business donations and a Rochester-themed raffle basket, they were able to raise more than $4000 and four guests expressed interest in becoming partners. The Women’s Fund is looking for non-profit organizations that are in need of assistance and can benefit from their grants. The Women’s Fund provides grants to local non-profit organizations throughout Oakland County that help improve the lives of women in need. On Thursday July 19, the Women's Fund of Rochester hosted their Mid-Summer Soiree. Over 100 guests strolled the gardens of Meadow Brook Hall while enjoying hors d’oeuvres, wine, and listening to the music of Maestro Harry Hovakimian. Career Dress of Pontiac and the Women’s Fund of Rochester

The Women's Fund of Rochester Presented a Check to Career Dress of Pontiac Career Dress is self-funded and has 10 dedicated volunteers who help women look professional for their job interviews. Last year alone they dressed 320 women.
