Rochester Hills Public Library Awarded CARES Act Grant from the Library of Michigan The Rochester Hills Public Library (RHPL) is pleased to announce it has been awarded a CARES Act Grant from the Library of Michigan. The grant will provide $500 for RHPL's main library and $300 for each RHPL bookmobile to acquire personal protective equipment or cleaning supplies.
