Downtown Rochester is proud to announce the return of Caroling in the City on Sunday, December 16 from 5:00 – 8:00 p.m. They are looking for enthusiastic singers of all ages to join the Rochester Christmas Carolers. Dear Crabby, Once we pass Halloween, it seems like Christmas music starts playing everywhere, why so soon?
