Rochester Looking for Volunteers for Make-A-Difference Day The City of Rochester’s City Beautiful Commission is looking for volunteers for the 2016 City of Rochester Make-a-Difference Day. The event will be held on Saturday, May 14, 2016 from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. and will take place in the Rochester Municipal Park. This year’s project is "Mulch-a-Palooza."
