The Rochester Community House’s monthly Community Kitchen Dinner had extra special treats this month. Community Kitchen Announces Record Number of Individuals Served
Rochester Community House’s Community Kitchen has become a staple for those in need in the Rochester area in the past two years. Community House Holiday Giving and Ways to Give Back
Community Kitchen has been hard at work giving to those in need during the holiday season. During the month of November, Lynn Orfgen, CEO of Crittenton’s Medical Center provided 42 turkeys donated by his employees, which were then distributed to Community Kitchen Dinner attendees in need on Nov. 21. . “Guests were very happy with the 10 lb turkeys,” said Mary Lee Kowalczyk, Community House Director. Thanksgiving Dinner held November 21 for Those in Need
As many people in the area have fallen on hard times in recent years, the Rochester Community House has helped those in need through its monthly Community Kitchen dinners. Held on the third Sunday of each month, this month’s special Thanksgiving dinner will be on Nov. 21.
