Rochester Hills Joins WaterTowns Initiative
As a part of the Clinton River Watershed, Rochester Hills recently became a member of WaterTowns. This community-based initiative is designed through the Clinton River Watershed Council (CRWC) to help cities in the watershed leverage the assets of the Clinton River and Lake St. Clair for water-oriented community development.
