This year, close to 400 artists from all over metro Detroit, Ohio as well as over 50 Downtown Rochester businesses are participating in Deck Art 2019. Downtown Rochester is Calling all Artists Elementary School, Middle School, High School, College, and Adult age groups are welcome to participate in Downtown Rochester’s Ninth Annual Skateboard Art Competition & Exhibition - Deck Art 2019.
