Dan Kiefer, the visionary for the 16-mile Clinton River Trail (CRT), celebrated the CRT's 15th anniversary with Friends of the Clinton River Trail board member Judy Gordon and chair Melinda Hill at a party May 22 at the River Crest in Rochester Hills.
