Forty-eight years ago 43 people were killed, hundreds injured, and over  2,000 buildings were burned during the five-day riots in Detroit. Rochester-Avon Historical Society presents “Boom Town: Detroit in the Roaring ‘20s”

The Rochester-Avon Historical Society’s November 2014 member meeting will be held Thursday, November 6 at 7 p.m. in the Multipurpose Room of the Rochester Hills Public Library, 500 Olde Town in Rochester.
