Rochester College invites area residents to attend a Community Public Forum on Thursday, April 24, from 5-9 p.m. to give their input about development of the Lake Norcentra area, which is located where the Clinton River and Clinton River Trail intersect. The Lake Norcentra area comprises about 30 acres of high bluffs, historic buildings, wetlands and woodlands.
