The Rochester Hills Public Library (RHPL) welcomes Donnaleen Lanktree of the American Rosie the Riveter Association on Thursday, January 17 to tell the stories of several influential “Rosies” she has met throughout the years. Honoring Women’s Service in World War II

The Rochester Garden Club is hosting Donnaleen Lanktree, past president of the American Rosie the Riveter Association at our March meeting. Ms. Lanktree will share personal stories from the young women who were part of an all-female workforce during World War II. She is the daughter of a Rosie and will share the forgotten or little-known stories about their service.
