Rochester Named as a National Main Street Community
Rochester Receives Certification, Again, and is Named as a National Main Street Community for the 21st Time Main Street Oakland County (MSOC) recently conducted an Annual Program Assessment Visit and named Rochester as a 2016 Nationally Accredited Main Street Community.
