As of January 1, the city of Rochester Hills will no longer provide sampling bottles from the Oakland County Health Division for water testing, as the county will no longer offer the service for free. The new fees are $5 for chemicals, $6 for bacteriological testing. This includes drinking water, private swimming pools and surface water testing at the county’s labs.
