In response to concerns from residents and business owners about problems with the electrical power supply in the city of Rochester, the city is hosting a meeting with representatives of DTE Energy on Monday, Oct. 3 at the Rochester Hills Library, 500 Olde Towne Road. Members of Rochester City Council made it clear this week they want detailed information from DTE Energy about reported voltage irregularities that have been plaguing several city businesses, including the library. On Thursday, August 19th the Tornado Warnings and Tornado Watches were sent out by the National Weather Service and Nixle in the Rochester area.
