Wednesday night, 300 plus residents came to the Emagine Theater to hear Mayor Barnett's State of the City Address. And according to the Mayor, it's a good time to be living and working in Rochester Hills. Highlights from the Mayor's speech included: HOUSING An increase in real estate. After the new owners spent a reported $4 million dollars in renovations at the former Star Rochester Theater, the upscale entertainment center now offers full dining and luxury seating.
