The three-member Road Commission for Oakland County (RCOC) Board, at its regularly scheduled meeting on January 14, reelected Ron Fowkes to a second term as Board chairman and Eric Wilson as vice chairman. Greg Jamian was reappointed last night (Wednesday, Jan. 14) to the Road Commission for Oakland County (RCOC) by the Oakland County Board of Commissioners. This is Jamian’s second term, having first been appointed in 2009. He served as the chairman of the Road Commission for the past two years. RCOC Board members serve for six-year terms. The Road Commission for Oakland County (RCOC) will present its proposed fiscal year 2013 budget at a public hearing at 7:30 p.m. this Thursday, August 23, at the Oakland County Board of Commissioners Auditorium, 1200 North Telegraph in Pontiac. The proposed 2013 budget, at $103.1 million represents an increase of $2.4 million compared to the $100.7 million 2012 budget adopted in September of last year.
