The city of Rochester’s City Beautiful Commission will host its first-ever Fall Harvest Festival on Saturday, Sept. 17 from 2:30-7:30 p.m. in the area of the new community garden. Councilman Ben Giovanelli said the event will include live music, food, and a cash bar at the nearby Eagles club.
