A 15-year veteran of the Oakland County Community & Home Improvement Division was named “Housing Counselor of the Year” by the Michigan State Housing Development Authority. Kathy Williams received the award today during a luncheon for the Building Michigan Communities Conference held at the Lansing Center in Lansing.
